1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial advance payment.
2. Cancellation by Guest
Once payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances. We recommend guests verify all details before booking.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Amendments
Any request to modify booking dates or room type is subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.
5. Early Check-out or Unused Services
No refund will be provided for unused services or early check-out.
6. Cancellation by Resort
In rare cases such as natural calamities, maintenance, or operational issues, the resort reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered.
