Welcome to Blue Horizon Valley Resort, located at Khed Shivapur, Pune. By accessing or using our website https://bluehorizonresort.com or staying at our resort, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed once full or partial payment is received.
Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Any false information may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Payment Policy

All room rates are in INR and inclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made via authorized online channels or directly at the resort.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect resort property and other guests. The management reserves the right to evict any guest found misbehaving, damaging property, or violating resort rules.

5. Liability

Blue Horizon Valley Resort shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

6. Force Majeure

The resort is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
